A: At this time there is no free trial available. The best way to try out the service is to join for a month, and see if it’s for you.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: We do not offer refunds, sales on the site are final according to our terms of service. 

Q: I’ve recently signed up for the VIP group but don’t have access yet.

A: If you’ve recently paid and signed up to join our VIP group, please allow up to 24 hours for a member of our staff to give your discord account access. If you still don’t have access after this amount of time, please send an email to our support staff

Q: I am messaging with TraderNick on another platform and he is asking to send him money. Is this the real TraderNick?

Unfortunately, there have been many false accounts made on many different platforms impersonating Nick or someone else the A1 Trading team. We have been working extremely hard to get these accounts shut down. Nick does not message people directly asking for a payment. ALL of our payments are made through our website. Please be aware of impersonators and do not send money to any account that is not listed on our website.
